These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and yesbet ("yesbet", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at yesbet.bio. These Terms govern all use of the yesbet platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, virtual games, promotional offers, and all associated services.

By registering an account on yesbet, completing the account verification process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the yesbet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is indicated by your continued use of the platform and does not require a separate written signature.

These Terms must be read alongside yesbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the full legal framework governing your use of yesbet.

Access to yesbet is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. yesbet operates an 18+ only policy with no exceptions. Account registration by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing yesbet from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your location before registering.
• One Account: You may only hold one registered account on yesbet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Your yesbet account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

• Keep your password confidential and do not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify yesbet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible, as yesbet uses these channels for security alerts and account communications.

yesbet will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your full password. Any such communication purporting to be from yesbet should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on yesbet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). yesbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard (via eligible Bangladeshi bank-issued cards).

The following financial rules apply to all transactions on the yesbet platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing Bangladeshi bank.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, except where yesbet specifically authorises an alternative method in writing.
• KYC Requirement: yesbet reserves the right to request full identity verification before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.
• AML Compliance: yesbet applies anti-money-laundering screening to all transactions. Deposits or withdrawals that trigger compliance flags may be frozen and referred for further investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

yesbet offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be met through gameplay on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Bets placed on certain game types — such as low-margin live casino markets or specific sports wagers — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, yesbet bonus offers are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a single-use bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: yesbet reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent promotional activity is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts, coordinated group wagering, and staking patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the yesbet sportsbook and all wagers placed in the yesbet Casino are subject to the specific game and sport rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• A bet is considered accepted only once confirmed by the yesbet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical interruption will be treated as void and the stake returned.
• yesbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play betting is subject to short delays for verification purposes. yesbet cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets and accepts no liability for the suspension of in-play betting during a match event.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with yesbet's event-specific settlement rules published on the sportsbook rules page.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). yesbet does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses resulting from normal game variance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per game type. These limits are published in the relevant betting rules section and may be updated from time to time with notice to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yesbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that seeks to exploit non-public information for betting advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform in ways not permitted for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the security measures protecting the yesbet platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using yesbet for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yesbet staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the yesbet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of yesbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yesbet platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any yesbet content without express prior written consent from yesbet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yesbet's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yesbet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yesbet expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if yesbet had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from use of or inability to access the platform.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from technical failure, interruption, or cyber attack.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond yesbet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.

yesbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income or a means of financial recovery. yesbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Players may set a session duration limit after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, login access is suspended and no bonuses or promotional communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from yesbet by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

You may close your yesbet account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

yesbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from yesbet.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notice and applicable dormancy policy.

yesbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — yesbet will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by displaying a notice on the yesbet platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the yesbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the applicable provisions of the jurisdiction in which yesbet is licensed to operate. yesbet makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond the markets it actively serves.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with yesbet support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with yesbet's dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available upon request from [email protected]. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
